استخدام HR Data Analyst

Job Description

The successful candidate will help us transform the way data is used to optimize our talent strategy including talent acquisition, retention, organizational development, and diversity. We are looking for someone who can partner with our HR leadership to tackle high priority strategic talent questions for the company.


 Job requirements 

  • Bring critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging business questions and translate talent and business issues into questions and hypotheses that can be tested with data.
  • Collect and integrate HR data from various sources, including but not limited to HRIS, performance management systems, employee surveys, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness for robust analysis.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of HR metrics to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement predictive models to forecast workforce trends, turnover, and other relevant people-related metrics.
  • Work closely with HR partners to identify and address factors influencing employee turnover and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align people analytics with overall business objectives.
  • Communicating data and analytics opportunities and bringing them to life in a way that business stakeholders can understand and engage with.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in people analytics.
  • Recommend enhancements to data collection processes and tools to improve the overall effectiveness of people analytics initiatives.

Technical Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Human Resources / and business administration.
  • Strong data acumen with the ability to analyse, cleanse, and organize data of significant complexity.
  • Experience with Information Design techniques and Tools.
  • Experience as data analyst (preferably in a start-up environment)
  • Experience with Python and Power BI.
  • Experience in data base software.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to consult on projects and present information effectively.
  • Strong understanding of different ways to visualize data to make the most impact on the audience.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
