We are Looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Key Account Management Senior Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role involves managing key accounts, creating and executing marketing strategies, and driving sales growth through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to foster partnerships.
  • Present a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism at all times.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations and commercial, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Plan and organize marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Proficiently update customer databases with new leads, opportunities, and sales progressions.
  • Maintain pipeline reports for ongoing updates on sales status, including oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
  • Exhibit the ability to think outside the box to create value-driven solutions for customers.
  • Demonstrate a data-driven, analytical mindset to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports summarizing data and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in data entry.
  • Result-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work and exceeding customer expectations.
 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in key account management or a related role.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Vision to understand client needs and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Disciplined time management and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and team development abilities.
  • Exceptional software skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.
  • Advertising knowledge is preferred.
