استخدام Compensation and Benefits Supervisor (Digiexpress)

DigiExpress is a forward-thinking logistic company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. The Compensation & Benefits Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. The successful candidate for this position will have a thorough knowledge of current compensation and benefits issues, structure design, and the ability to think strategically and implement tactical plans.


Responsibilities:               

  • Design the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and corporate values.
  • Conduct salary surveys to determine competitive compensation plans and benefits programs.
  • Control incentive payments and non-cash benefits policies.
  • Calculate and control bonuses based on OKR/KPI/Incentive.
  • Plan and monitor the HR budget.
  • Conducting periodic audits and preparing reports.
  • Monitor all compensation and benefits-related payments and activities within the company’s policy.
  • Provide and manage ESOP policy.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel.
