About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Strategic Planning Analyst to join our team. This role will be pivotal in setting and tracking company strategies and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders. Exceptional communication and follow-up skills are essential, as this role requires significant interaction with different departments.


Job Description:

  • Data Collection: Gather necessary data for strategic planning.
  • Metrics Definition: Define metrics and measurement methods, and analyze trends
  • Objective and KR Setting: Define objectives and key results (KR), including calculation methods, baselines, and targets
  • Initiative and Project Definition: Define initiatives and projects based on objectives and KRs; coordinate with relevant teams to propose initiatives
  • Project Evaluation: Assess the impact of projects and validate their effectiveness
  • Prioritization: Prioritize projects based on impact
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with relevant stakeholders
  • Initiative Finalization: Finalize initiatives and prepare their profiles
  • KR Reporting: Prepare final reports on the results of key results (KRs).
  • Check-in Meetings: Conduct weekly check-in meetings with various departments to track project progress.
  • Strategic Review Meetings: Hold regular strategic review meetings with the Business Development (BD) team to review project statuses.
  • KR Tracking Reports: Prepare KR tracking reports.
  • Executive Summary Reports: Prepare executive summary reports to summarize projects and OKR statuses.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Familiarity with OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework.
