Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our Ad Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales and management of advertising services for our sellers. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote advertising services to sellers.
- Identify and target potential sellers for advertising opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Provide training and support to enhance the team's sales capabilities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers.
- Understand seller needs and provide customized advertising solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and impactful ad content.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital advertising or e-commerce.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
