Job Description
Digiexpress The product consists of 4 main Squads including Drop-Shipping, Provider-OnDemand, Provider-Scheduled, and Finance. As an Associate Product Manager, you contribute to product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and hold the responsibilities stated below;
Responsibilities:
Data Management and Metrics:
- Assist in data collection and perform basic data analysis.
- Measure impact using predefined metrics.
- Monitor basic product metrics and report any anomalies with guidance.
Customer and Competitor Insights:
- Gather initial insights into competitor's pricing and financial updates under supervision.
- Assist in competitor benchmarking.
- Stay informed about the market through insights gathered from various sources.
Product Development and Systems Understanding:
- Support product development by gathering initial requirements and documenting feature specifications with guidance.
- Knowing the technologies used in product development.
- Understand how systems connect and how technological ecosystems work.
- Coordinate smaller tasks and ensure basic timelines are met with oversight.
- Track and report project progress.
- Embrace hard problems with guidance, understanding the complexities of the logistics space.
- Concentrate on completing assigned tasks efficiently and meeting immediate goals.
- Proactively seek feedback and ensure contributions align with team goals within larger projects.
Rollout Support and Task Contributions:
- Support the rollout of updates or minor features under the guidance of senior members.
- Contribute actively to assigned tasks.
- Work outside typical remit if prompted (e.g., analysis, wireframing).
Relationship Building:
- Foster a strong relationship with the peer product team, pooling knowledge and resources.
- Build collaborative relationships with the delivery team.
Client and Stakeholder Interaction:
- Understand who your clients and stakeholders are.
- Understand client and stakeholder requirements and ensure their needs and feedback are channeled appropriately, especially in the financial domain.
Task Prioritization and Roadmapping:
- Support senior team members in prioritizing tasks and features.
- Assist in developing specific parts of the product roadmap, focusing on detailed planning and scheduling.
Requirements:
- MA/BA/BS in Computer: Sciences, Supply Chain, or other Engineering majors.
- 1-2 years of relevant: experience in product management, preferably in operational or financial products.
- Involvement in: product development phases, demonstrating the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and prioritize features.
- Strong analytical: and problem-solving skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication: and presentation abilities to engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm: for technology and a commitment to staying informed about market trends and emerging technologies.
- Having experience in financial fields is an advantage.
