استخدام Product Designer

We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our Product (Growth) team in solving complex design problems, understanding, and refining complex user journeys, and owning a product from beginning to end. You will have the opportunity to help shape a successful user experience division and contribute to the design system.
The role requires a love for creating stunning, functional, and simple designs with a product, user, and business-oriented mindset.


Responsibilities:

- Work directly on the interface and experience design of DF products.
- Build empathy and understanding of our users and how to empower them.
 - Understand and translate user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into innovative product solutions.
- Define entire user experiences and interaction concepts. Creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with team members throughout the design phase to address iterative feedback and to ensure optimal design execution; 
- Work with front-end engineering to deliver high-quality designs to users.
- Research and user testing efforts to hypothesize and validate customer needs.
- Adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to iterate and optimize product features.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of professional experience with digital product design (Web or App).
- A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve design problems;
- Familiar with designing for different platforms
- Familiar with using and creating design systems.
- Ability to analyze, optimize, and simplify complex flows and scenarios.
- The ability to clearly communicate and document your design decisions.
- Demonstrable experience designing and shipping complex projects from start to finish.
- Strong visual design skills.
- Someone who is comfortable defining success metrics and making data-driven design decisions;
- Experience in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
