استخدام (Senior HR Business Partner (Operation

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our HR team and support our operational functions. You will act as a strategic partner to the senior leaders and managers of the operation units, and provide them with expert advice and guidance on all HR matters. You will also lead and implement HR initiatives and programs that align with our business goals and values.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HRBPs and Generalists of Related Departments.
  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
  • High participation in planning of required manpower needed in operations.
  • Ensure timely availability of required manpower through direct hiring, Flex hiring or contractor.
  • Training needs assessment and assisting learning and development performance in aligning training programs with business objectives. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Pro-active participation in designing and optimizing the required reward and bonus model in related teams in order to improve job satisfaction and retention.
  • Succession planning: selecting key talents to ensure the availability of expert human capital for key positions.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Monitor Hiring new people or promoting talented team members.
  • Consulting with the business to update the structure and Job descriptions.
  • Ensuring the provision of human resources services to all colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience working as HRBP or HR Manager.
  • Good mentorship and coaching skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with the business executives
  • Excellent leadership and management skills to handle the human resource business partner team.
  • Ability to work without supervision but independently sometimes and still deliver exceptional results.
  • Good project management and time management skills.
  • Experience working in operational environments.
