Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and guide the Agile development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prioritize product features and requirements based on value and alignment with company strategies.
• Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and UX teams to ensure products meet customer needs and business goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring successful delivery.
• Analyze customer needs and design product features to address those needs.
• Lead change management activities and improve internal product management processes and tools.
• Monitor product performance and analyze metrics to refine product strategies and processes.

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Supply Chain (MA/BA/BS).
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with operational products.
• Proven experience in leading product development from start to finish.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple features concurrently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring junior team members.
• Passion for technology and staying updated on market trends and emerging technologies.
