DesigNext Architecture Design Group is seeking a creative and dynamic HR specialist to join our team. We are an exhibition booth design company that is looking to expand and better engage our team.
Requirements:
- Ability to work full-time
- Remote work experience
- Proficient in Google Sheets
- Proficient in headhunting recruitment methods
- Familiar with conducting in-person and online meetings (daily, retro, tea time, team building)
- Having creativity and empathize
- Being a good-listener
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out the hiring process with recruitment through posting job advertisements and headhunting
- Coordinate and conduct interviews
- Coordinate and conduct weekly meetings
- Coordinate and conduct team buildings
- Documentation of HR process
- Workdays Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
