About the Role
We’re hiring an HR Specialist to support our growing international team. You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to day-to-day people operations, while working closely with team members across different countries.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: writing job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Run onboarding and offboarding for remote and international employees
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and engagement
- Support performance review cycles and team development initiatives
- Help build and improve HR policies and processes as the company scales
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English. This is essential, because you’ll communicate daily with a Canadian and international team
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations
- Experience working with or within an international company
- Ability to work during Canadian business hours (Pacific Time)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, discreet handling of confidential information
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring and managing remote or distributed teams
- Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems
- Background in logistics, e-commerce, or tech companies
