• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet accessibility and usability standards, using Figma.
• Figma is a must-have skill.
• Design for both web and mobile platforms, considering different screen sizes and devices.
• Develop and implement design systems that maintain consistency and scalability in the design of the product.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize the design and improve key metrics, such as conversion rates or user engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the design process as appropriate.
• Continuously improve design processes and methodologies to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior designers and share best practices to help the team grow and improve.

• A proven track record of conducting successful A/B tests and making informed design decisions based on the results.
• Expertise in creating and implementing design systems to maintain consistency and scalability in the design of a product.
• A passion for design and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and emerging technologies.
• Experience designing for users and incorporating user feedback into design decisions.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• A portfolio that showcases their previous work, with a focus on successful projects for websites or products with a large user base.
• Strong proficiency in Figma is essential.
• Experience with other design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus.
