What you'll be doing

 Build in depth knowledge of the data sets as well as the environments our raw data comes from, and exploit the data sets in new and innovative ways

 Work with DATAAK’s data-science research innovation teams to identify opportunities to translate analytic concepts and models into large-scale production data products serving all kinds of businesses

 Develop and prove practical new models and methods to analyze our data sets

 

We'll happy to see these on your CV

Master or Doctorate Degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience in Processing and analyzing very big data in different environments. We work with Solr, Elasticsearch, OrientDB, MariaDB and HBase

Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Solr, and/or Lucene

Experience of using data-science methods, models and tools (NLP, AI and ML, Graph algorithms, Recommender systems)

Programming (languages may include Java, Scala and Python) and data query languages such as SQL

Significant experience in one or more of the following areas: Data Science, Big Data Analytics

Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
