At DataArt, we are providing a pioneer customer data platform and automation system for startups, businesses, and enterprises both in Iran and in the international market.
We are looking for a motivated product manager in developing our marketing automation system and its delivery to our customers. This highly collaborative role will need to work closely with end-users, functional and technical team members to deliver quality features and solutions to provide value for our customers.
As a Product Manager you will:
- Break down problems into small actionable steps and keep product development in pace to achieve our long-term goals.
- Design concepts and work closely with designers and engineers to implement and iterate on prototypes and product features.
- Prioritize user stories and help the team with finding the best solutions for problems at hand.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers in Demo sessions.
- Help customers go through the onboarding process until they setup their workspace
- Hear and Value customer feedback in product design.
Requirements
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Persian and English
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Experience in creating strategic product roadmap from conception to launch
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in working with analytic tools (Power BI, Data Studio, Metabase)
- Eager to learn new things
- Background in computer science or engineering
