Job Responsibilities:
- Implement onboarding processes and facilitate the integration of newly recruited individuals within the organization.
- Brainstorm and execute programs aimed at enhancing team morale, fostering a sense of belonging, and promoting organizational engagement among individuals.
- Manage periodic feedback processes within the organization.
- Conduct job satisfaction surveys and troubleshoot HR issues within the organization.
- Plan and enhance the organization’s welfare facilities and implement related administrative processes.
Experience in companies operating in the fields of Internet, E-commerce, or Online services will be considered a plus.
