Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically develop and maintain automated test frameworks and tools
• Collaborate closely with development teams to translate requirements and risks into effective test scenarios
• Implement and execute automated tests for REST APIs and web applications (functional & non-functional)
• Continuously improve testing processes using modern strategies and technologies
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize bugs in close coordination with development teams
• Apply industry best practices and tools for test automation within an agile environment

 Must-Have Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in test automation for REST APIs and web applications
• Strong familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks
• Experience working in agile teams (Scrum) using tools like JIRA and MS Teams
• Independent, structured work style with strong analytical skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written) — project language is English
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setup

Nice-to-Have:

• QA/testing certifications
• Experience in the financial services sector
• Experience working with offshore or nearshore teams

• Fluent in conversational English
