شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position: Product Manager/Owner

Job Type: Full-time


Responsibilities:


Product Discovery:

  • Implement benchmarking strategies to assess product performance against industry standards and competitors.
  • Collaborate on conducting user and market research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
  • Monitor user reactions after feature release and suggest improvements.
  • Close the feedback loop by incorporating lessons learned from the product release process into future planning and development cycles.

Documentation:

  • Understand user stories, write scenarios with Gherkin Syntax.
  • Story elaboration, grooming, and acceptance.
  • Finalizing the scenarios through communication with tech leads.

Alignment:

  • Proactively communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
  • Articulate ideas and concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with squad members to deliver functional judo solutions.
  • Ensure alignment and understanding of product goals, limitations, and priorities across all internal and external stakeholders.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate and oversee product releases and bug fixes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize, schedule, and continuously update the product backlog.
  • Prepare and organize feature/project reports to communicate status, risks, and delays to key stakeholders.

Optional Qualifications:

  • Domain knowledge in VOD/AOD Services, Ad-aggregators, Web3, Job-seeking Platforms, Social Games, AR/VR, Chat Services, Renting Platforms, and the like.
  • Experience in managing products intended for different platforms such as Websites, PWAs, Native apps, and Android TVs.
  • Technical knowledge and strong understanding of software development technologies and concepts.

Technical

  • Good Debugging skills

  • Support continuous improvement by investigating and exploring alternative technologies for architectural review.
  • Comfortable with Postman, Browser console and inspector.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding RESTful APIs.

Conceptual:

  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Kanban methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DDD (Domain Driven Development).

  • Assist in creating product documents such as ERD, PRD, State Machines and diagrams.
  • Create support and training documents for internal and external users.
  • Document meeting notes and send memos to relevant people.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership for product development.
  • "Can-do" attitude with a desire to go above and beyond in all tasks.
