استخدام Technical Sales SME

Main Conditions:

 4+ years of experience in ICT section with at least 2 years of experience in Technical Sales/Sales experience in local/international market and having good business development understanding and capabilities.
  Full ability to present and demonstrate products and services to clients leading to successful results as well as running demo sessions with pre-defined scenarios for carrier class IT/Telecom Solutions.
 Full ability to provide and develop Technical Proposals including Product/Service description, Project Implementation Methodologies, Training Methodologies, Support Process, SLA Definition, Project Implementation Plans, Infrastructure Planning. 
  Full ability to prepare and submit tender documents including Table of Compliance in contrast with prepared Technical contents, company general information, company financial information and any other related information based on tender requirements. 
  Good Ability to establish and maintain relationships with technical contacts in industry and key strategic partners. 
 Good Ability to take part in consultancy projects and take a technical leadership role in one of major project deliverables.
 Enough ability to define Scope of Work, Project Planning and Project Budgeting as well as Contract development.
 Fulfilling minimum one of below conditions:
 Good understanding of one of major Telecom technologies including IP, Transmission, PSTN, Mobile, SDN/NFV and 5G.
Good understanding of Telecom IT Stack including OSS, CRM, Billing , ERP and ESB considering the IT Stack concepts, Program Implementation and Operation Support in mentioned fields with at least one project participation or participation in 2 technical proposal deliveries as well as TM Forum Standards including TAM, eTOM, Open API, SID etc.
  Good understanding of Fintech and other IT Software Domains considering the IT Stack concepts, Program Implementation and Operation Support in mentioned fields.
  Good understanding of IP Network  and IT infrastructure design and operation including HW Design, Network Design, OS and 3rd Party Design, Capacity Planning,  Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning, Operation Team Setup, Operation Process Setup and Operation Tools Setup.

 General Qualifications and Skills:

  Very fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
   Very fluent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel.
   Good research capability on various IT/Telecom concepts.
  Very good communication skills in local and international environments.
   Very good translation and writing skills.
  Agility, accuracy and active follow up in preparation process, tender submission, acquiring company certificate and other business development related tasks.
  Enthusiasm in market research, advertisement and customer engagement as well as being very active in company related business events like exhibitions, seminars etc.
 Bachelor Degree in IT/Telecom Field
