Job Purpose

The Sales Senior Manager at Khodro45 plays a crucial role in leading and managing the C2B, Dealer Acquisition, and PLL teams within the Sales Department. This position is responsible for driving the strategic growth of the company by negotiating and managing relationships with dealers, optimizing sales processes, and scaling operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Although not required, a background in the automobile industry is beneficial for this role.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage Teams:
    Oversee the C2B, Dealer Acquisition, and PLL teams, providing guidance and support to achieve department objectives.
  • Dealer Management and Negotiations:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with Khodro45 dealers. Handle all negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Process Optimization:
    Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Development:
    Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Market Analysis:
    Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
    Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Budget Management:
    Manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare regular reports for the Sales Director, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the automobile industry.
  • Leadership Skills:
    Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Negotiation Skills:
    Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with company objectives.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing circumstances.
Industry Knowledge:
While not required, an understanding of the automobile industry, including market trends and the competitive landscape, is beneficial.
