شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Purpose:

The Enterprise Excellence Supervisor at Khodro45 plays a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is responsible for leading and supporting projects that enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and foster a culture of excellence across all departments. The supervisor will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and monitor performance metrics to ensure sustained success.

Responsibilities:

·       Lead and manage enterprise-wide improvement projects from inception to completion.

·       Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

·       Coordinate project teams and facilitate meetings to drive progress and achieve milestones.

·        Ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and priorities.

·        Lead initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities across departments.

·       Analyze budgetary data and operational processes to optimize expenditure.

·        Implement strategies to reduce waste and enhance resource efficiency.

·       Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

·       Recommend and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

·       Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to address underlying issues.

·       Establish metrics to measure process performance and monitor outcomes.

·       Encourage employee engagement in improvement initiatives and solicit feedback for ongoing enhancement.

·       Champion Lean methodologies and Shingo principles to drive operational excellence.

·        Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops.

·        Ensure adherence to RAC requirements through regular audits and compliance checks.

·        Develop and maintain standardized documentation for processes across all departments.


Required Qualifications:

·       Degree in MBA, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

·       Proven experience in process improvement, cost management, and data analysis.

·       Strong understanding of Lean principles and experience with Shingo methodologies.

·       Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.

·       Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.

·       Knowledge of RAC (Risk, Audit, Compliance) requirements and experience with standard documentation       practices.

·       Proficiency in SQL Server, query development, and Power BI for data manipulation and visualization is a plus.

·       Certification(s) in Lean Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) is a plus.
