We are seeking an experienced English Coordination Specialist to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep proficiency in the English language, enabling them to communicate adeptly with individuals of varying language backgrounds, including both native and non-native speakers. This role requires a candidate who can excel both independently and collaboratively, effectively coordinating and communicating in English.

- Follow-up and coordination of these interactions until the stage of organizing meetings.
- Gather and organize necessary data, reports, and materials required for upcoming meetings.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure seamless communication and information sharing.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies.
- Work collaboratively to achieve team goals and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in English or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in email etiquette and professional communication.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in using productivity and communication tools (e.g., email clients, scheduling software)
