Technical skills
Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (agile team, engineering, design) to ensure smooth product delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features, ensuring that business goals and user needs are met.
Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, acting as the bridge between business and technical teams.
Lead and facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, driving product development excellence.
Continuously improve product processes, removing roadblocks and ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize business
outcomes.
Mentor and guide junior Product Owners, offering coaching and feedback to help them grow in their roles.

Required skills:

Proven experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, with at least 8 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong understanding of product management processes, frameworks, and best practices.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering products that align with business strategy.
Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Expertise in defining product requirements, writing user stories, and creating product roadmaps.
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience with data analysis and using metrics to inform product decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead discussions at all levels of the organization.
Proven track record of delivering successful products and ensuring continuous improvement.
