Job Summary:

Bugloos, a fast growing SME software development company that collaborates with international brands, primarily from Europe, is seeking a dedicated skilled Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on B2B Performance Marketing in the context of software solutions, to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies tailored to our B2B audience, driving brand visibility, engagement, and meaningful conversions within the software development industry.


Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies exclusively tailored for B2B customers within the software development industry.

Plan, execute, and analyze performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, with a focus on B2B engagement and conversion.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, engagement rates, and conversion rates, and apply data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.

Collaborate closely with content creators to develop compelling content that resonates with our B2B audience, addressing their pain points and needs.

Oversee the scheduling and distribution of content across digital platforms to ensure consistent messaging within the B2B context.

Foster engagement and interactions within the B2B community, responding to inquiries, facilitating discussions, and building relationships.

Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with the unique needs of B2B software development clients.

Stay up-to-date with the latest B2B performance marketing trends, tools, and strategies within the software industry.

Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to align efforts, foster teamwork, and effectively achieve marketing goals.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing ( related fields) or equivalent experience. 

Proven experience in performance marketing within a B2B context, ideally within the software development industry.

Strong data analysis skills and the ability to drive actionable insights from campaign data.

Excellent communication skills in both Persian and English, both written and verbal, with a focus on addressing B2B pain points.

Innovative thinking and the ability to tailor messages for the B2B software audience.

Project management skills to efficiently handle multiple campaigns.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners within the B2B space.


Working Hours and Weekends:

  • We operate on a 5-day working week, with 40 hours in total, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • There is a 1-hour lunch and rest break.
  • Weekends fall on Friday and Saturday.
