Job Summary:
Our company is looking for an experienced Product Manager/Owner to join our dynamic product team. As a PM/PO, you will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of one or more products, from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the executive team and other stakeholders to develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Create and manage product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and support.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, and communicate product roadmap and status to stakeholders.
- Define and track product metrics to evaluate product performance and drive ongoing improvements.
- Manage product launches, releases, and post-launch activities, including customer adoption.
- Monitor and analyze market and competitive trends, and adjust product strategy and roadmap accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 3+ years of product management experience, including experience in product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management tools, such as JIRA, TFS and Confluence.
- Good English skill is a must.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once.
