Job Description:
- Preparation of technical-financial proposal for direct requests for goods and equipment
- Preparation of memorandum, agreement, partnership letter and cooperation agreement or agency
- Establish business relationships with other companies (B2B) in the form of meetings, negotiations, correspondence and follow-up
- Preparation and updating of databases related to marketing activities
- Attending exhibitions, conferences, seminars with the approval of the unit manager
- Departure for internal and external missions as necessary and with the approval of the unit manager
- Collaborate in developing marketing strategies according to the company's overall goals
- Design and implementation of marketing campaigns in accordance with the goals of the organization
- Identify the opportunities and threats facing the organization in current markets and present them to the marketing manager
- Do administrative correspondence with customers, contractors and partners
- Collaboration in providing quarterly, 6-month and annual reports
- Participate in the development and presentation of the organization's brand management plan in current and future target markets
- Participate in the design of the mechanism, methods and forms required to implement a comprehensive marketing plan
- Collection and archiving of information related to marketing and database formation
- Provide necessary reports on completed missions while archiving and analyzing them
- Coordinate with agents or representative offices to collect and analyze marketing information related to domestic and foreign target markets
- Gather information to participate in determining indicators
- Performing affairs related to participating in related domestic and foreign exhibitions
- Communicating with customers and checking their satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the organization's services and products
- Identify problems and barriers to the export of services and equipment in the target countries according to past experiences and report to the Marketing Manager
- Study of political, social, cultural, financial, trade, legal and economic changes in the target countries and analyze their factors and present a change plan if necessary
- Identify local contractors, suppliers and consultants to carry out planned projects
- Identify potential employers in new markets
- Identify key market and customer needs to improve marketing plans
- Observance of organizational administrative regulations, procedures and related instructions
- Care is taken in the maintenance and proper operation of the equipment
- Performing other assigned tasks at the discretion of the marketing manager
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Adequate familiarity with English (conversation and correspondence),
- Familiarity with the principles and techniques of marketing,
- Introduction to digital marketing,
- Familiarity with trade and commercial laws,
- Familiarity with market study methods,
- Familiarity with economic and financial analysis,
- Full knowledge of the principles and techniques of negotiation,
- Familiarity with customer relationship management
