Responsibilities:
- Provides telephone and deskside support and responds to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware؛
- Performs periodic maintenance and execute systems engineering؛
- Performs troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware/software/network failures, and provides resolutions؛
- Setups computers, phone systems, software, and peripheral equipment for new company hires
- Assists with Network Administration including connections, hardware, and programming configuration.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree in the field of information technology and computer.
- Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft OS and installing software.
- Hardware: basic experience with end-user equipment (Laptop, PC, Monitor, Printer, Projector,
etc.) Understanding of main components, Upgrading. Troubleshooting.
- Network: basic understanding of technologies and protocols. Holding Network+ certificate.
- Microsoft Office skills
- At least one year of experience, working as a helpdesk.
- Teamwork skills, being responsible, and having organizational behavior.
-Work experience in Kasper
-Work experience in mail server/Exchange
- Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft OS and installing software.
