شرح موقعیت شغلی


 Requirements:

Proficient in Agile & Scrum Kanban concepts
Proficiency in project documentation
Ability to define, prioritize, and maintain the Backlog and User Stories for product development
Ability to manage product-related meetings, including sessions with stakeholders and the Scrum team 
Ability to determine production phases, identify product growth opportunities, develop a Road Map, and provide a Release plan
Ability to establish effective communication, and foster constructive interaction with related teams such as Design & Tech
Ability to design OKRs aligned with organizational goals and continuously monitoring product KPIs
Ability to Present work breakdown structure, assigning task weights, and setting goals for each sprint
Familiar with UI/UX concepts
Familiar with Figma software
Familiar with product development lifecycle
