Requirements:

  • Education level: Masters – Bachelors (HRM and other management Degree, psychology).
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years.
  • training courses: performance evaluation, training planning, ISO 10015, strategic management of human resources, talent management, evaluation center.
  • Required software: performance evaluation platforms, training management platforms, Jira.
  • Education standards and educational needs assessment
Skills:

  • management dashboard reports.
  • Knowledge of human resource subsystems.
  • English language.
