شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for job opportunities.
Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages.
Oversee and coordinate all hiring stages, from sourcing to onboarding.
Produce and submit reports on general recruitment activities.
Participate in suggesting new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR services as a whole, and to improve the employees' experience in the recruitment process.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Follow up all the recruitment's KPIs and aim to improve efficiency at all levels.
Be active in the social/channels and create professional connections in the market in line with the company goals and enhance the employer branding.
Participate in job fairs and plan from A to Z to get the best results.

Requirements:
University degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or other related fields.
At least+3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role is required including experience with complex recruitments.
Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.
Ability to analyze data, prepare analytical reports, and work with related graphs.
Exceptional listening skills and ability to influence and coach employees of all organizational levels.
Fast Learner and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document and report preparation.
Advanced in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
