Job Description:
- Administration and daily management of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- Configuring and maintaining Jira workflows, permissions, custom fields, and issue types.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Jira-related issues and user requests.
- Collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements and implementing solutions in Jira to enhance productivity.
- Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions within Jira.
- Implementing integrations with other tools and systems used within the company.
- Monitoring Jira performance and usage to ensure optimal performance and making recommendations for improvements.
- Creating and maintaining dashboards, filters, and reports tailored to different team needs.
- Documenting processes and best practices related to Jira administration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Jira Administrator, with in-depth knowledge of Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
- Experience in configuring and managing Jira workflows, schemes, and custom fields.
- Strong knowledge of Jira integrations with other tools.
- Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into Jira configurations.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
