Job Description:
- Review and assess resumes, advertising responses, and job applications.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for both technical qualifications and behavioral competencies.
- Serve as an internal consultant to line managers on employment and recruitment-related matters.
- Collect, prepare, and analyze recruitment data, including advertising effectiveness, diversity metrics, and campaign performance.
- Design and implement recruitment advertising campaigns; determine optimal ad placements and manage scheduling across relevant media platforms.

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
