Job Description:

  • Review and assess resumes, advertising responses, and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for both technical qualifications and behavioral competencies.
  • Serve as an internal consultant to line managers on employment and recruitment-related matters.
  • Collect, prepare, and analyze recruitment data, including advertising effectiveness, diversity metrics, and campaign performance.
  • Design and implement recruitment advertising campaigns; determine optimal ad placements and manage scheduling across relevant media platforms.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
