About the Role
Bankinois looking for a skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructureteam. In this role, you will work closely with multple engineering teams to build, automate,secure, and maintain scalable infrastructure and deployment platorms.
You will help improve reliability, performance, security, and delivery speed across our systems andservices.We are looking for someone who is proactve, collaboratve, and passionate aboutmodern DevOps and cloud-natve technologies.

Key Responsibilites
•Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools such asJenkins,GitLab CI/CD, andArgoCD
•Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuraton management using Terraform and Ansible
•Deploy, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads in production environments
•Collaborate closely with multple engineering teams to improve deployment workflows,operatonal processes, and platorm reliability
•Configure and maintain monitoring and observability platorms such as Prometheus,Grafana,ELK Stack
•Manage and support messaging and streaming platorms including Kafka and RabbitMQ
•Configure and maintain ingress controllers, API gateways, and load balancers such as NGINX,HAProxy, and Kong
•Administer Linux servers and automate operatonal tasks using Bash and Python
•Support and optmize databases and storage systems including PostgreSQL,Redis,MongoDB, and MiniO
•Monitor system performance, troubleshoot producton issues, and improve scalability,reliability, and availability across services
•Work with Java-based applicaton environments and support development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
•Collaborate with engineering teams to perform performance, load, and stress testng using tools such as JMeter and k6 to improve system reliability and scalability

Qualificatons
•Minimum 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or related roles
•Strong experience with Linux system administraton and automaton
•Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestraton technologies
•Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and DevOps methodologies
•Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
•Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability platorms
•Good understanding of networking and security concepts
•Experience working with cloud-natve and distributed systems
•Ability to work collaboratvely in fast-paced engineering environments
•Familiarity with Java-based systems and development environments
•Working knowledge of Python scriptng and automaton
•Team-oriented mindset with effectve communicaton skills
•Strong problem-solving skills and team-work and analytcal thinking

Nice to Have
•Experience with service mesh technologies
•Familiarity with distributed storage systems such as Ceph
•Familiarity withVMware ESXi virtualizaton
•Knowledge of networking and infrastructure troubleshootng including routng,switching,VLANs,DNS,VPN services, andfirewallconfiguraton
•Previous experience in fintech or bankingin frastructure environments
•Experience with DevSecOps and infrastructure security best practces including OS hardening, RBAC, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement
