Job Overview


We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for our company. You will be leading our digital marketing team. You should use the latest digital media strategies and tools for marketing purposes. By joining us, you should be able to enhance our clientele and promote the company’s vision.


Responsibilities


  • Develop digital media strategies with business goals aligned with the company’s vision.
  • Manage digital content creation, including websites, blogs, articles, animated explainers, graphic videos, etc.
  • Establish an online presence and create brand awareness for our agency’s clients.
  • Run daily social media and search engine optimization audits to ensure best practices are used.
  • Maintain SEO progress, keyword research, and other best practices for search engine optimization.
  • Create a unique brand identity online.
  • Create visual concepts for promotional activities.
  • Create and monitor all paid ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinate with the creative team to create engaging ads.
  • Spread the brand’s message through social media and other online mediums.
  • Increase our customer sales through online marketing.
  • Improve our customer engagement using various marketing strategies.
  • Supervise ROI and KPIs.
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
  • Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts
  • Coordinate with other teams to create marketing campaigns
  • Prepare email campaigns for our clients  to send out to their customers
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track the success
  • Create and maintain successful e-commerce platforms
 


Requirements


  • BSc degree in Marketing or a similar field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Professional certifications like Digital Marketing Fundamentals and Digital Marketing Management will be an advantage.
  • A portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far would be preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing software, including Hubspot, SEMRush, Moz, Google Ad, Facebook Ad, Active Campaign GetResponse, etc.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing.
  • Quality content generation and management skills.
  • Effective leadership and time management skills.
  • Strong English language, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
 


Digital Marketing Specialist Skills and Qualifications


Digital Marketing Specialists should have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, or other fields that enhance their ability to create original content relevant to promoting our clients’ businesses' products and services. They should have experience navigating social media such as Facebook and Instagram and understand how keywords boost marketing effectiveness. Their organizational skills can help them keep track of your company’s promotional needs and compliance requirements while producing appealing ad copy according to your specifications. Core Competency Requirements 


  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production. 
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
  • Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, microsites, and social media applications. 
  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns and a solid understanding of social marketing. 
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data. 
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business. 
  • Strong management skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services
  •  Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Premier, DreamWeaver, HTML, HTML 5, CSS
