Job brief:
 
 we are looking for (Human Resources) HR Generalist to join our team at Axon and implement various human resources programs. HR generalist should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management. Top candidates will be fantastic at managing conflict, effective at scheduling and thorough in the recruitment process. 





 
 Responsibilities:




·         Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.




·         Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.




·         Conduct employee onboarding processes.




·         Recommend strategies to motivate employees.




·         Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.




 




Requirements:




·         Proven experience as an HR Generalist.




·         Additional HR training will be a plus.




·         Excellent communication and people skills.




·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




·         Excellent record-keeping skills.




·         Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.




·         Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.




·         Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.




·         Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.




·         Meticulous attention to detail.
