Responsibility:

Responsible for project engagements including deliverables (such as concepts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, specifications, etc.), engagement agreements, and timelines.
Craft user experiences alongside key product stakeholders to understand and support product business goals, advocate user-centered design industry best practices, and effectively manage design resources
Working closely with the product team to identify research objectives that help support overall business strategy, with your design team to implement proper design assets needed for research, and participate in conducting stakeholder and client interviews
Usability testing new and existing products using prototypes, both internally and with external clients
Coach and mentor a strong team of design professionals
Lead teams in design thinking and agile methodologies
Cultivate a collaborative, and supportive team culture
Ensure User-Centered Design (UCD) is inserted into the design process with appropriate integration of feedback from users, customers, and stakeholders
Analyze and identify pain points from the users’ perspective, based on user research; generate ideas through ideation techniques in a way that provides feasible, desirable, and viable solutions

Who you are;

7+ years designing successful
Analytical, creative, and strategic thinker – able to develop innovative solutions to solve business problems
Solving complex user problems through hands-on expertise in use case development, user interface design, creating mock-ups and prototypes (low and high fidelity), as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UI
Expertise in collaborating with and leading
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to build trust and empathy with internal partners and external influencers.
