شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in virtualization, network infrastructures, and troubleshooting various computer systems. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Expertly manage virtualization using VMware ESXi.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Services including DHCP, DNS, and RDP.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for computers, laptops, network printers, and other IT hardware.
  • Provide support for Microsoft Windows environments (Servers, Windows 10, 11).
  • Configure and maintain network devices such as Mikrotik routers, HP switches, Sophos firewalls, HP servers, and HP SAN storage.
  • Monitor network performance, identify issues, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure network stability.
  • Configure and maintain network cameras and PBX phone systems.
  • Document and report on network infrastructure and procedures accurately.
  • Ensure the maintenance of network cameras, phone systems, printers, and other IT hardware.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in virtualization and network infrastructure management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of network monitoring and maintenance best practices.
