We are looking for a Scrum Master to support multiple product development teams, facilitate Agile practices, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement in delivery and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective Agile practices.
- Support 2–3 product development teams simultaneously.
- Identify and remove impediments, risks, and delivery blockers.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and facilitate collaboration.
- Monitor team health, delivery progress, and Agile metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Team Leads, and stakeholders.
- Coach teams on Agile mindset, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Support release planning and contribute to Agile maturity across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience working with multiple development teams.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles; familiarity with Kanban.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of SDLC, delivery risks, and dependencies.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong coaching mindset, ownership, and ability to influence without direct authority.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- PSM, CSM, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in product-based companies or Agile transformation.
- Familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
