We are looking for a skilled HR expert:
● Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
● Develop training and development programs.
● Assist in performance management processes.
● Maintain employee records according to policy and legal.
● Track progress HR.
● Maintain HR procedures in compliance with regulations.
● Review departmental budgets and also report on them.
● Host and organize the company’s recruitment events.
Requirements:

Requirements:
● At least a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
● Prior experience as an HR Expert.
● Knowledge of HR functions.
● Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
● Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
● Proficiency in English.
● Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
● Ability to develop as well as maintain long-term employee relations.
● Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
● Strong ethics and reliability.
● Knowledge of HR functions.
