Job Description
· familiar with human resource processes
· Master the 3 main processes of human resources
· Establish effective communication and interaction with other units and companies and try to minimize conflicts
· Supervise and cooperate in developing and updating human resource regulations and guidelines
· Communicate with external organizations and units to optimize, share knowledge and use their facilities to advance human resource goals
· Familiar with labor and social security laws
· Work experience: 7 years of work experience in related fields
· Related education: Master or PhD in Management
· fluent in English
