If you are ready to revolutionize the payment experience in Iran, let’s get started! We are seeking for Product managers with the following Responsibilities and Requirements.




Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to AsanPardakht’s product vision and strategy.
  • Develop understanding of market and business needs and translate them to business strategies, innovative solutions, and roadmaps.
  • Work with various Stakeholders and End-Users, Customers, Developers, and the Design Team to document detailed requirements.
  • Define and analyze key metrics to assess the success of the product.
  • Manage the backlog of the assigned product and contribute to release planning, aligning with the longer-term roadmap.
  • Benchmarking and Competitive analysis.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Product Management or Business Analysis experience, preferably in the User Experience and User Flow Areas; experience managing mobile apps, web products, PWA preferred.
  • having a Responsible, Productive and Follow-Up Character.
  • Good sense of Design; passion for the customer and exceptional User Experiences.
  • Experience of working with Technical and Development Teams. (We don't want you to be technical, But minimum understanding is mandatory)
  • Good knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Team player with a record of building strong, cross-functional working relationships focused on team performance, rather than on individual success.
  • Excellent communication skills; decisive, succinct, and collaborative.
