We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting: Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
- Onboarding: Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding process.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and complaints, and work to resolve any issues that arise.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Experience with OKRs
