About the Role:

Join our dynamic customer service team as a Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer support. You will handle customer inquiries through tickets and live chat, focusing on resolving issues related to orders, website accounts, and services offered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via tickets and live chat with efficiency and empathy.
  • Addressing and resolving customer issues concerning orders, website accounts, and services.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborating with team members to manage a high volume of inquiries.
Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (both reading and writing).
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Previous experience with CRM tools; Zendesk experience is a plus.
  • Interest or knowledge in video games is beneficial.
Shift Details:

  • Rotational shifts covering morning and evening hours.
  • Night shifts are primarily covered by existing team members. Each team member participates in a rotational night shift once a month.
