About Us

At Aron Groups, we are expanding our marketing team to better serve the Iraq market. We are looking for a Social Media Manager with proven expertise in managing social media platforms and native-level fluency in Sorani Kurdish. This is a fully remote role where you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies tailored to Sorani-speaking users in Iraq.

  • Location: Fully Remote (Iraq Team – Main offices in London & Cyprus)
  • Language Requirement: Native Sorani Kurdish is mandatory
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: $350 - $500
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee the creation and management of a social media content calendar.
  • Produce engaging, culturally relevant content for Sorani-speaking users.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for the management team.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create visually appealing content.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform strategy and content creation.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, best practices, and digital marketing trends in Iraq.
