About Us

At Aron Groups, we are expanding our marketing team to better serve the Iraq market. We are looking for a Social Media Manager with proven expertise in managing social media platforms and native-level fluency in Sorani Kurdish. This is a fully remote role where you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies tailored to Sorani-speaking users in Iraq.

Location: Fully Remote (Iraq Team – Main offices in London & Cyprus)
Language Requirement: Native Sorani Kurdish is mandatory
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $350 - $500

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Oversee the creation and management of a social media content calendar.
Produce engaging, culturally relevant content for Sorani-speaking users.
Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for the management team.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create visually appealing content.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform strategy and content creation.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, best practices, and digital marketing trends in Iraq.

What You’ll Bring

Native-level fluency in Sorani Kurdish (Essential Requirement)
