Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop the architecture of the Network Security product.
Lead the development of core components in C, C++, and Go.
Set up and maintain development lifecycle tools such as Git, Kubernetes (K8s), CI/CD pipelines, and other essential tools.
Study and analyze open-source projects to gather insights and leverage them to enhance our product.
Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Collaborate with researchers to integrate the latest findings and innovations into the product.
Work closely with testers to ensure comprehensive testing and high-quality releases.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the protection product.
Participate in product strategy discussions and contribute to the overall roadmap.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and developing complex software systems, particularly in C, C++, and Go.
Strong understanding of network security, attack vectors, and mitigation techniques.
Experience with development lifecycle tools such as Git, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, etc. working with them and installing a making them operational to development team.
Familiarity with open-source network security projects and the ability to extract and apply relevant information.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, Kubernetes Certification) are a plus.
