استخدام SEO Specialist (کارشناس سئو-دورکاری)

This opportunity offers the chance to work in RMI Co. for an award-winning business that design and develop great products for a range of international clients. We work with cutting edge technologies to drive growth with our clients. We are looking to expand our team by bringing on a SEO Specialist.
As a SEO Specialist you will be expected to be implementing best practices for the team to follow.

Responsibilities:
•  Driving long term strategic and technical requirements for SEO visibility growth, including keyword research, analysis, and auditing from both a content and technical perspective.
•  Building relationships with key internal teams including IT, eCommerce operations, and marketing (particularly editorial, creative, and trading teams) to ensure our onsite and offsite strategy is aligned, and SEO best practices are being followed
•  Creating and driving our offsite outreach campaigns based on search volumes, revenue potential, and brand affinity - resulting in search rankings and new traffic opportunities
•  Inspiring, leading, and motivating the team and wider business on all matters relating to SEO marketing, up to date trends, and technologies
•  Working with senior marketing managers and product marketing leads for other performance marketing channels, to collaborate on broader projects, align activities where necessary, and share best practices (ex: campaigns, attribution modeling, data sharing) 
•  Provide in-depth reporting, analysis, and insight to relevant stakeholders, highlighting the story behind the actual and forecasted performance
•  Partner with the front end, merchandising, media, PR, and content teams in the execution of SEO specific strategies as part of our always-on marketing efforts and key brand and commercial campaigns

Requirements:
•  Have 3 to 5 years of SEO experience  
•  In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices 
•  Have a strong track record of success managing SEO in an eCommerce environment, either client or agency side  
•  Have experience creating and executing content-centric SEO strategies that have successfully delivered growth in organic search KPIs 
•  Have experience using content marketing techniques to successfully drive growth in organic search KPIs 
•  Have experience using major SEO tracking and web analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, AHrefs, Tag Manager, and Keyword Planner.
•  Be familiar with ranking algorithms and optimization techniques with large search engines such as Google, and Bing/Yahoo 
•  Have knowledge of HTML, DOM structure, CSS, JavaScript, eCommerce architecture, and page load speed best practices
