شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to lead our client's media marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various media channels.
You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and achieving marketing goals.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing
  • Expert knowledge of sales funnels, content strategy and email marketing
  • Good knowledge and proven experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google AdsHands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Webflow, Clickfunnels, Mailchimp, Zapier or alternatives
  • Ability to multitask to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on results
  • Flexibility, initiative and independent work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Native/bilingual in German and fluent in spoken and written English
  • Willingness to get hands on and enjoy working in a team

 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels (TV, radio, print, digital).
  • Manage media planning and buying.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop compelling marketing materials.
  • Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance.

  • Proven experience in media marketing, with a focus on [specific media channels, e.g., TV, radio, print].
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and audience demographics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals.
