The SEO Specialist at ALDataset plays a critical role in driving organic growth, increasing search visibility, and optimizing digital presence across AI platforms, data products, and intelligent applications. You will develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies while collaborating closely with Content Writers, Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Marketing teams to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-moving AI environment.
This role bridges technical SEO, content optimization, and growth initiatives, taking ownership of search performance, keyword strategy, and website optimization while contributing to best practices, analytics, and sustainable long-term organic acquisition.
You will work on mission-critical initiatives such as technical SEO audits, content strategy, keyword research, SERP optimization, link-building campaigns, and performance analysis — leveraging modern SEO tools and data-driven methodologies to accelerate ALDataset’s growth and strengthen its online presence.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website architecture, metadata, internal linking, and content structure following SEO best practices.
- Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
Technical SEO
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify crawlability, indexing, and performance issues.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and structured data implementation.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt configurations, canonicalization, and schema markup.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO-friendly implementation across web properties.
Content Optimization
- Work closely with content and marketing teams to create and optimize high-quality, search-focused content.
- Develop keyword clusters and content strategies aligned with user intent.
- Optimize landing pages, blog articles, and product pages to maximize organic visibility.
- Ensure content follows E-E-A-T principles and search engine guidelines.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze SEO KPIs, rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and user acquisition.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies.
- Monitor backlink profiles and maintain domain authority.
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify partnership opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with search engine quality guidelines.
Collaboration & Growth
- Collaborate with developers, designers, content teams, and product managers to support SEO initiatives.
- Contribute to website migrations, launches, and new product pages from an SEO perspective.
- Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging search technologies.
- Support broader digital marketing and growth initiatives when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Professional Experience
- 2–6 years of hands-on SEO experience in competitive digital environments.
- Proven experience improving search rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
Core Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Experience with keyword research, content optimization, and SERP analysis.
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, structured data, and search engine crawling mechanisms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
Tools & Platforms
- Production-level experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or Similarweb.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS concepts.
- Knowledge of schema markup, site architecture, and website performance optimization.
- Experience with reporting dashboards and data visualization tools is a plus.
