استخدام Advertising Account Manager

شرح موقعیت شغلی

 An Advertising Account Manager plays a crucial role in managing client accounts within AD Service Team in Alibaba Company and ensuring their needs are met. They are responsible for write business proposals and overseeing all aspects of the account, including campaign planning, execution, client relations, and project team management. 


Responsibilities 

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and expectations.
  • Develop content for various sections of proposals, including executive summaries, solution overviews, technical approaches, pricing summaries, and compliance matrices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, and production) to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Present campaign concepts, standards, and budgets to clients.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling proposals.
  • Evaluate campaign performance using relevant metrics (e.g., ROI, CTR, conversion rates).
  • Provide assessments and recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Identify accounts with declining revenue and strategize solutions to retain them.
  • Proactively address client concerns and maintain client satisfaction.
 

Requirements 

  • Proven experience in advertising, account management, or a similar role.
  • Work experience in advertising agencies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce tools, strategies, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
