A Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns to promote a company's products, services, or brand. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Campaign Strategy Development: Design marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the campaign objective.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee all stages of a marketing campaign from initial concept to launch and optimization.
  • Content Creation Coordination: Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop effective marketing materials (e.g., Artworks, ads, landing pages).
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, including freelancers, influencers, and advertising partners.
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports on campaign performance for stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for future efforts.
 

Requirements 

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on campaign management and advertising.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining the highest quality of output.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during campaign execution.
  • Previous experience and skills in communication strategies applied to develop impactful and innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.) to measure campaign performance and derive insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and present campaign reports to stakeholders.
  • Skilled in presentation design, creating clear and engaging  presentations.
  • Creative thinker, adept at developing campaign ideas across various tactics (OOH, social media, etc.).
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and optimizing for ROI.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in campaign execution and reporting.
